There's a lot of articles about Rails 3 out there and it's difficult to keep the list up to date. But here's 3 pages full of links about the Rails 3 :

- Rails 3 release notes. There's a bunch of links with the very useful release notes.
These lists are already obsolete because José Valim has just published another article about Rails 3 I18n changes.
Rails 3 beta/RC? should be out today or tomorrow but you have a lot to read now ;)
